How our Accredited Solutions Providers can support you to understand CDP’s alignment with disclosure frameworks and standards
CDP is critical in supporting organizations to navigate a rapidly evolving landscape. By aligning its corporate question bank with the world’s most relevant frameworks and standards, CDP makes them truly interoperable by bringing them together in one place. This alignment ensures that CDP disclosure serves as a one-stop shop for understanding and disclosing against the relevant market and regulatory demands, supporting organizations on their path to compliance.
CDP is aligned with the IFRS S2 standard issued by the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), the Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), partially aligned with the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) and has a high degree of commonality and interoperability with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
CDP has recently published a correspondence mapping between the CDP question bank and ESRS E1 (available here), as well as supporting the launch of two new capacity-building tools released by the TNFD in their Knowledge Hub (available here).
Whether you are already disclosing through CDP or wish to begin doing so in 2025, our network of Accredited Solutions Providers can support you with a range of services related to CDP disclosure, including understanding CDP’s framework alignment and having your data read and used by many stakeholders.
