Score feedback calls give companies insight into how they can improve their reporting and advance their environmental management, in line with CDP's publicly available scoring methodology.

Reporter Services members receive score feedback calls as part of their membership.

Availability is limited for feedback calls. Please note that to comply with local regulations in India, only private companies with no listed securities are eligible for a feedback call. Find out how to book a score feedback call, below.

How to book a score feedback call

To learn more about score feedback and to book a call, please contact My Support and raise a case.

When raising your case, please select the category "I am interested in products, memberships, services", and the subcategory "I would like a Score Feedback Call".

   

In your inquiry, please include:

  • your organization’s name; and

  • the environmental issues that you wish to receive feedback on (eg climate change, forests, water security). You will need to book one feedback call per issue you require feedback on.

Score feedback FAQs

During your score feedback call, we will analyze your score in more detail and discuss which actions your organization should focus on, to further strengthen both your environmental actions and the quality of your future disclosures. This analysis will be based on your category scores.  

Please note, CDP doesn’t provide question-level scoring data. Therefore, your score feedback call won’t identify gaps nor points lost for individual questions. Instead, your score feedback call will focus on gaps identified in high impact categories and areas for improvement, as referenced in your company’s category scores.

Pricing and duration vary by region for score feedback calls. Our team can provide more information when you make an inquiry.

Score feedback calls are typically available between January and March, although this may vary by region. We can provide more information when you make an inquiry.
