Learn more about our Group Support training sessions for disclosers in Latin America, in 2026.
The 2026 Group Support training sessions are a core part of CDP’s commitment to helping Requesters support you on your CDP disclosure and environmental management. These sessions offer practical guidance and essential knowledge to help you complete the 2026 CDP questionnaire, including navigating the CDP Portal, understanding critical datapoints and environmental issues to disclose within the questionnaire.
The program features sessions split into two tailored series:
SME Series
Designed for disclosers completing the SME questionnaire, this series provides focused content to help SMEs understand key datapoints across themes, navigate recent updates, and receive guidance on addressing common disclosure challenges.
CDP Disclosure Journey Series
This series supports organizations at every maturity level by breaking down the disclosure journey for climate change and integrating key elements of water and forest reporting. Each session offers practical, actionable insights to strengthen your environmental strategy and enhance the quality of your disclosures over time.
Disclosure to CDP step by step (Videos and Slides only)
CDP has developed 8 videos that support important steps of the disclosure process. The videos cover introduction, emission reporting, setting of emission targets, verification of emissions data, emission reductions activities and progress year on year, allocation of emissions and reporting of product level data. The guidance aims to help you focus on the specific task you are facing when disclosing.
Recordings of the session and downloadable slides will be made available on the webpage after the webinar. If you are unable to attend the live session, you can still access all relevant resources at your convenience.
To begin your 2026 disclosure, please find the following resources as guidance:
Register and Login:
If you do not have an account yet, you will receive registration instructions (tutorial) from CDP or your Requester.
If you did not receive the email, please fill out the Register to Disclose form (tutorial).
If you have registered on the CDP website but cannot log in to CDP MyPortal, please write to your Requester, or raise a case via CDP Help Center and provide details of your company name, DUNS number, and the name of your Requester. The Help Center will support and provide you with access to MyPortal.
MyPortal Setup:
Once you have successfully entered your company account via MyPortal, you will need to proceed with some onboarding steps. Here, you can watch our short Portal tutorial videos on the key steps of:
- assigning a Discloser Submission Lead (to submit on behalf of your company)
- setting up your questionnaire (Questionnaire Setup Guidance).
Please complete these steps before accessing the questionnaire.
Managing Requests:
Please review your requests to ensure your Requester is shown on your request list, merge any necessary parent and subsidiary requests, manage late requests, and check whether your company is simultaneously requested by CDP Capital Market Signatories (Understanding and managing your requests)
CDP Market Signatories are a separate requesting entity which will result in an incurring admin fee.
If you have related questions, please login and raise a case via CDP Help Center.
Final Submission:
As you complete your questionnaire, please refer to the questionnaire guidance and scoring methodology.
Once you have completed your questionnaire, be sure to select your disclosing language and submit before the scoring deadline.
If you choose “Other, please specify” or submit after the scoring deadline, your response will not be scored by CDP.
You can edit and re-submit your response until the final submission deadline.
