CDP Earth-Positive Economics Advisory Board
Learn more about CDP's Earth-Positive Economics Advisory Board, its members, and latest activities.

CDP’s Earth-Positive economics agenda is focused on one central objective: To move beyond the correlation of environmental impacts on economic value to the identification of cause and effect based on proven economic laws.
Earth-Positive economics recognizes that environmental health is not a constraint on prosperity, but a precondition for it. The concept places sustainability at the heart of value creation and far from being at the expense of growth, acts as a catalyst for it. CDP's Earth-Positive Economics Advisory Board seeks to embed environmental impact into financial statements. One step at a time.
Building on a strong existing foundation of environmental economics, CDP – as the foremost platform for climate and nature data – is identifying how to unlock the evidence needed to show that embedding environmental indicators into the economic system will fuel the economy of tomorrow. It places natural world indicators in the driving seat of economic growth. Earth-Positive economics is simply good economics.
