CDP Global Supply Chain Connection 2025
Strengthening the Chain for Sustainable Supply Chains

Date: November 7, 2025
Venue: Trio One, São Paulo, Brazil
As global attention turns to COP 30 and the urgent need to safeguard both climate and nature, supply chains remain one of the most critical levers for transformation. While political momentum builds and nature-based solutions gain prominence, businesses face a dual imperative: decarbonizing their value chains in a way that preserves the ecosystems they depend on, enabling Earth-positive decisions to protect future generations.
In this context, the CDP Global Supply Chain Connection will bring together leading companies, policy voices, and environmental experts to explore how deforestation-free, nature-positive supply chains and science-based targets can serve as a cornerstone of climate action, turning transparency into action.
The half-day event will focus on the role of supply chains in accelerating progress on Scope 3 emissions reduction, biodiversity conservation and sustainable land-use. With Scope 3 emissions on average 26 times higher than operational emissions and only 15% of disclosing companies setting upstream emission reduction targets, addressing the supply chain is no longer optional, it is essential. CDP data shows that over 90% of a company's environmental impact lies within its value chain, making supplier engagement and nature-positive sourcing essential levers for climate action.
Agenda
The program will run from 09:30 to 14:15 (Brazilian local time)* and will feature roundtable discussions focused on Scope 3 emissions reduction, pathways to achieving Science-Based Targets (SBTs), and integrating nature into sustainable supply chains.
These conversations will continue during networking opportunities designed to connect leading global companies.
