Anna Cadywould
Interim Chief Legal Officer
Anna Cadywould is the Interim Chief Legal Officer at CDP. In her role, Anna is responsible for leading CDP's legal, risk and compliance strategy as part of the Executive Leadership Team. Anna is passionate about CDP’s mission and recently completed Oxford University’s executive leadership course “Leading Sustainable Corporations”.
Before joining CDP Anna held the position of General Counsel at Cignpost Diagnostics, a hypergrowth Covid-19 UK start up, and Assistant General Counsel at Western Digital, Inc, a computer drive manufacturer and data storage company, headquartered in California. Prior to her in-house experience, Anna trained and qualified as a solicitor at Ince & Co LLP and then joined law firm Bird & Bird LLP’s commercial team in London. She joined Western Digital, Inc to lead the Europe, Middle East, Africa and India legal team following a successful secondment from Bird & Bird, LLP. Anna has extensive global experience and speaks French and Spanish.
