Job Purpose and Background:
To manage the reception of the UK office and undertake UK office management. To provide administrative and back-up support to the Executive Assistant to the Executive Chair / ELT.

CDP is looking for an experienced Office Facilities Coordinator to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the London office.
Coordination of office facilities:
To provide overflow assistance to EA to Executive Chair. Duties to include but not limited to:
The precise description and nature of your job may be varied from time to time and you may be required to carry out other duties as necessary to meet business needs.

This is a full time role based at CDP’s London office reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Executive Chair.
Salary and benefits: £22,223 - £33, 335 per annum, 30 days’ holiday excluding bank holidays, generous non-contributory pension provision, annual discretionary bonus (depending on company performance), Employee Assistance Programme, life assurance, Training and development, Flexible working opportunities and others.
