The Climate Disclosure Standards Board (CDSB) is looking to hire a full-time Executive Assistant who is passionate about driving change to join our busy global secretariat to coordinate and support the delivery of our ambitious global strategy and work program.
CDSB is an international consortium of business and environmental NGOs. We are committed to advancing and aligning the disclosure of environmental and climate change-related information in the mainstream corporate report and provide the CDSB Framework to companies to facilitate this. Additional information about the Climate Disclosure Standards Board and our work can be found at www.cdsb.net. CDP hosts the CDSB Secretariat, and the role will be based in CDP’s London office.
About the role
Working within the global CDSB Secretariat, this brand-new role will work closely with and support the Managing Director (MD) to provide efficient and effective administrative and project support to the CDSB team. You will have the opportunity to make this new role your own. You will be highly organised responsible for diary management and meeting administration for the MD, Technical Director and Director of Policy & External Affairs. You will also get involved in research, social media/external communications, project administration, grant M&E and process improvement.
We are looking for a results-oriented self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, administrative and project management skills. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to play a key role in strengthening the impactful work of CDSB as an organisation that works to build the trust and transparency needed to foster resilient capital markets and contribute to more sustainable economic, social and environmental systems.
The role is full time and will be based at CDP’s London office, reporting to the Managing Director.
