CDP’s Global Development Team is ambitious, dynamic and at the heart of everything CDP does. As Grants and Compliance Officer, you will develop and implement systems and processes that enable us to manage our growing portfolio of grants effectively. Working closely with CDP colleagues from a range of teams, your experience of grant management and compliance will shine as you assist in understanding, communicating and meeting funder requirements.
This new role will help build a new capability that is critical to CDP’s continued growth and success. To succeed in this role you must be detailed-orientated but also able to see the big picture, relish responsibility, be able to cope with challenges and communicate well. As with any expanding organisation there is a need to build systems gradually and in a sustainable way. Thus, you will need to be determined, tenacious and focused on solutions while co-designing and implementing the long-term vision for a sound grant management system together with colleagues in North America and Europe.
*These three roles work across the Global Development Team and not just with their line manager.
