Rim Shea

Global Director of People & Culture

Rim heads the Global HR team with a focus on strategy and the development of the HR & Training function. She joined CDP in 2014 to head up a newly formed HR Department and support the organisation’s global growth. Prior to CDP, Rim worked for a range of environmental charities for over 10 years, following a period as an HR consultant in the commercial sector, having founded a couple of start-ups. She is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has been the trustee of a mental health charity.
