Marcus manages CDP’s partnerships and fundraising activities and is also CDP’s general counsel. He joined in 2009 to launch CDP’s water program and has also led on investor engagement. Marcus previously practiced law, with Allen & Overy, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and the UK Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs. He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, an LL.M from University College London and an MA from the University of St. Andrews.
