How we are governed
CDP Global is an international non-profit organization comprising of CDP Worldwide Group, CDP North America, Inc. and CDP Europe AISBL. It is directed by a board of trustees and board of directors respectively. As an international organization, CDP receives funding support from a wide range of sources.
Where we are based
CDP North America is based in New York City and oversees CDP’s work and engagement across the United States and Canada. Our global headquarters is in London. CDP has regional offices and local partners spanning 50 countries. There are now companies, cities, states and regions from over 90 countries disclosing through CDP on an annual basis.
