Bridging the gap in environmental reporting

The report finds that while climate change is now widely considered within FIs' strategies, disclosure and action on forests, water, and broader nature-related issues lag significantly behind. With more than half of the world’s GDP tied to nature, this research shows only 23% & 26% of FIs are capitalizing on opportunities that mitigate forest & water security challenges, in contrast to 81% who do so for climate change.
