Disclosure Operations Officer - Cities States and Regions

CDP is seeking a motivated and organised individual with a background in delivering great customer service and data management to join our vibrant Disclosure Operations Team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the vital work of CDP by supporting the cities, and states and regions who use our disclosure platform to report their sustainability data. You will be comfortable working with data and IT systems, have a good eye for detail and the ability to get things done. You will be a strong team player, committed to the overall success of the organisation, through great customer service, creative problem solving and a proactive approach. Based at CDP’s London office, (remote at present) the role will entail critical activities to support the successful delivery of CDP’s disclosure cycle from rigorous system testing, maintaining data quality in our CRM and providing high quality first line support to customers.

Job purpose/summary

This role supports the effective delivery of CDP’s core disclosure operations for corporations and cities, states and regions. You will provide high-standard, day-to-day support in CDP’s disclosure helpdesk, supporting disclosers in a timely and effective manner. You will also undertake processes that will support the Disclosure Operations Team in meeting its objectives, covering a wide range of areas such as systems testing, process documentation, communications, and training.

About the role

• Support the effective delivery of key segments of CDP’s core disclosure operations, and improvement projects, working across teams
• Respond to queries via CDP’s helpdesk from cities, states and regions related to CDP questionnaires and online systems providing effective and high-quality support
• Support projects and processes that contribute to the disclosure operations team achieving its objectives
• Assist with the review, development and documentation of disclosure processes
• Testing and supporting the continuous development of CDP’s disclosure platform and supporting systems
• Database management
• The precise description and nature of your job may be varied from time to time, and you may be required to carry out other duties as necessary to meet business needs.

Desirable skills and experience

• Ideally you have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role; customer service, technical support, project management or related.
• Ideally you have experience with MS Dynamics CRM and/or JIRA (or similar)
• Ideally you have an interest in working for an environmental NGO and an understanding of and desire to promote corporate and sub-national government sustainability
• Multi-lingual fluency is an advantage, particularly in Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese or Korean

The Disclosure Operations Officer roles are 12-month fixed-term contract roles based in CDP’s London Office (currently working remotely).

Benefits: £22.5k per annum pro-rata. 30 days holiday, non-contributory pension provision after 3 months employment (pro-rated to term of contract).
