Account Manager, CDP North America
Who you are
- You are passionate about
mitigating the climate crisis, reduce deforestation, and improve water
security
- You understand
the importance of data to achieve the environmental change needed in
the world
- You have strong account
management experience with data service providers and customers
- You have excellent engagement
and communication skills, and a strong ability to pitch products
and services
- You can quickly understand
client needs, identify opportunities, and act on this information
- You have the desire and ability
to improve and streamline processes to achieve program goals more
efficiently
- You are attentive to details,
with strong organizational and time management skills
- You are a self-starter able to
work independently as well as in collaboration with the wider team
Your day-to-day
- You will lead data customer
account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to
maximize profit
- You will support the
commercial data strategy for CDP environmental data across Climate Change,
Deforestation, Water Security and Municipal/States disclosure programs
- You will work with internal
and external stakeholders to identify commercial opportunities using the
broader CDP dataset
- You will be the lead
point of contact for any and all matters specific to CDP’s
existing commercial data contracts
- You build and maintain strong,
long-lasting customer relationships
