Senior Corporate Engagement Officer - India

Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging directly with companies to encourage and support their disclosure of environmental data to CDP on climate change, forests and water security;
- Understand key engagement materials, training resources and organize annual corporate training workshops;
- Maintenance and use of data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system;
- Corporate environmental data analysis, data visualization and writing annual report;
- Making presentations at relevant meetings, conferences, webinars, etc.
- Supporting the Corporate Engagement work with other team members such as Reporter Services Team and Commit-to-Action team;
- Responsibility for ad hoc projects as required by Director-CDP India such as analysis of key data points within corporate responses, writing proposals, and provide follow-up support.
The precise description and nature of your job may be varied from time to time and you may be required to carry out other duties as necessary to meet business needs.
Required Experience and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
- High level of organisation, with strong attention to detail;
- Strong interest in the areas of environmental disclosure and reporting;
- Excellent IT skills, knowledge of MS-Excel; experience in data analytics and management will be considered as a strong advantage;
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Knowledge of GHG protocol (Corporate GHG accounting and reporting standard);
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Master’s degree in environment and sustainability, or related field is required;
- Ability to work alone as well as remotely within a team; and
- Experience of working in a global organization (Desirable)
Benefits Salary is ₹7,00,000 - ₹10,00,000 a year, annual discretionary bonus scheme (dependent on company performance), attractive holiday.
