CDP is seeking a motivated and organised individual with a background in delivering great customer service and data management to join our vibrant Disclosure Operations Team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the vital work of CDP by supporting the 7000 companies, cities, and states and regions who use our disclosure platform to report their sustainability data. You will be comfortable working with data and IT systems, have a good eye for detail and the ability to get things done. You will be a strong team player, committed to the overall success of the organisation, through great customer service, creative problem solving and a proactive approach. Based at CDP’s London office, the role will entail critical activities to support the successful delivery of CDP’s disclosure cycle from rigorous system testing, maintaining data quality in our database and providing high quality first line support to customers.
Job purpose/summary
This role supports the effective delivery of CDP’s core disclosure operations for corporations and cities, states and regions. You will work closely with the Senior Technical Manager to provide high standard, day-to-day support of CDP’s disclosure helpdesk, supporting disclosers in a timely and effective manner. You will also lead on projects and processes that will contribute to and support the disclosure operations team in meeting its objectives, covering a wide range of areas such as communications, training, systems testing, process documentation, and research/analysis.

The Senior Disclosure Operations Officer role is a fixed-term contract role until 30 September 2019, based in CDP’s London Office.
