Job Purpose and Background
Are you excited by the opportunity to contribute significantly to the vital work of CDP by supporting the companies, cities, states and regions who use our disclosure platform to report their sustainability data? Do you enjoy working with data systems, contributing to team development and providing great customer service to both internal and external stakeholders through creative problem solving?
You will utilise your engagement and data management skills to help deliver first rate support to the tens of thousands of requested organisations globally who utilise CDP in their drive towards environmental sustainability.
This role supports the effective delivery of CDP’s core disclosure operations for corporations, cities, states and other CDP stakeholders globally, with focus on the Latin America region but ongoing support for our other global areas of operation. You will provide high-standard, day-to-day support in CDP’s disclosure helpdesk, supporting disclosers in a timely and effective manner.
You will also undertake processes that will support the Disclosure Operations Team in meeting its objectives, covering a wide range of areas such as translations, data reporting, testing, process documentation, communications and regional team training.
Further, through our supply chain operations work, you will help provide essential and valuable analytics and data products to CDP’s integral supply chain members. The role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within CDP and externally, to analyse complex data and to think critically and innovatively.
