As Maternity Cover for the Senior Development Manager, Governments you will focus on identifying opportunities for government funding and working with colleagues to develop winning proposals. With a team member supporting with grant management/compliance, you’ll have space to innovate and put donors first and to use your extensive experience to lead the development of successful grant applications. Half of CDP’s income comes from grants and there is significant potential for growth making this a great opportunity to be creative and have autonomy.

This is a full-time, fixed contract for 14 months starting in early July, based at CDP’s Central London office reporting to CDP’s Global Development Director. Flexible working will be considered. Interviews are planned for Tuesday afternoon, 4th June.
Salary and benefits: £45-50,000 per annum dependent on experience, annual discretionary bonus, 30 days’ holiday, generous non-contributory pension provision, life assurance, training and development opportunities, cycle to work scheme and other benefits.
