CDP is seeking a skilled and experienced senior manager who thrives in a fast paced, varied and autonomous environment. Your ability to form a cohesive department out of our high-performing and strategically critical teams will be vital in supporting them to deliver on their ambitious goals. This is a senior management role with a strong internal focus on ensuring the effective management of the teams responsible for our thematic strategies of Climate Change, Deforestation, and Water Security, as well as CDP’s Data team and the award-winning Investor Research team. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the aim of this position is to build a new department which can leverage cross-team strengths and interacts effectively within CDP and through our global matrix, ensuring the correct development of strategy and the ability to track progress through our own data and analysis. This is an interim role to end of March 2019, when we will assess the ongoing needs of the department.

This is a full-time fixed-term role to end of March 2019 based at CDP’s Central London office.
Salary and benefits: circa £55,000-65,000 per annum, annual discretionary bonus, 24 days’ holiday (increasing to 30), generous non-contributory pension provision, life assurance and others.
