Job Purpose and Background
CDP North America, Inc. (CDP NA) is seeking a dedicated individual to manage all aspects of Human Resources for the team. This is a tremendous opportunity for an exceptional candidate to gain experience in not-for-profit business operations while making an impact within an international organization which focuses on addressing the dangerous global threat of climate change.
Human Resources Manager maintains and enhances staff resources at CDP NA by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices in line with organizational values. He/she works closely with the CDP Global HR and People Development team to ensure alignment of HR strategy and is a key contributor to the Global HR remit for CDP NA. This role reports to the Director of Finance and Administration, CDP NA in New York, as well as the Director of HR and People Development, CDP Global in London.

This is a full-time role, with an option of 0.8 FTE, based at CDP’s New York office in Manhattan.
