Job purpose and background

Successful execution of this portfolio of projects over the coming years is a priority of the Executive Leadership Team of CDP. To this end, we are strengthening our transformation and project delivery capability by setting up a new Project Management Office to help initiate, monitor and accelerate projects, act as a sparring partner to project owners and support CDPs Executive Leadership Team in respect of screening, selecting and prioritizing projects to define a project portfolio aligned with CDPs overarching strategy.
At the same time, we believe that taking an end-to-end view on our business processes is critical for CDP to achieve greater efficiency, reduce operational risk and set the foundation for further automation and digitization. To this end, the PMO will work closely together with the new Process & Governance Lead (reporting to the CIO) to evaluate, design, implement, monitor and manage CDPs business and support processes.
The Global Director Transformation & Projects will report to the Chief Digital Officer.
