CDP is recruiting for an individual with a background in delivering great customer service and data management to work in our Disclosure Operations Team. This is an opportunity to contribute significantly to the vital work of CDP in encouraging reporting on sustainable resource use. It would be ideal for someone looking to move into a new career, coming back to the workforce or a recent graduate. Your ability to work with the rest of the team and provide a high level of friendly support is more important than educational background, but you must have a demonstrated desire to work for an environmental organisation.
Based at CDP’s London office, the role will entail critical activities to support organisations disclosing their sustainability data through CDP, responding to high volumes of incoming enquiries for sustained periods of time while maintaining data quality in our database. Attention to detail, a proactive approach and the highest level of organisation are fundamental to this role. This is not a consultancy role and no technical knowledge of the subject matter is required, but an interest in environmental issues is vital.

This is a full time fixed-term contract based at CDP’s Central London office.
