CDP’s Global Development Team is ambitious, dynamic and at the heart of everything CDP does. Half of CDP’s global income of £23 million is secured by our team and we have driven CDP to grow by 20% each year. There is significantly more potential – and we are expanding the team to reach even farther. As Development Manager, you will manage an ambitious and varied portfolio of current growing partnerships and promising prospects. You will drive forward fundraising with trusts and foundations, including corporate foundations – maximising opportunities and proactively seeking strategic partnerships.
This role is essential in our expanding team and organisation. You will develop ambitious, strategic and innovative funding partnerships with corporate foundations and companies, focussing on grants at the £500,000+ level. You’ll be the kind of person who searches for connections, chases opportunities, gets out from behind your desk to meet people, and influences internally and externally to achieve results. You will be driven, determined, tenacious and focused on solutions.
