CDP is seeking a highly organised and motivated manager who thrives in a fast paced, varied and autonomous environment. You will lead and develop a new, enlarged centralised team with a remit across CDP’s disclosure activities. Your ability to design and implement processes for the highest level of efficiency will be critical for delivering and continuously improving CDP’s annual disclosure cycle. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance and develop planning and project management skills and build a highly efficient team.
The Associate Director, Disclosure Operations is responsible for developing the operating policies and processes related to CDP’s annual cycle. You will lead a team that will challenge the status quo and always strive for a better way to get things done. The team will administer CDP’s core business practices related to the annual cycle, with the aim of creating the highest level of efficiency possible. Processes will be documented and evaluated, redesigned where appropriate, coordinated, developed, delivered and monitored against standards set by the team.

This is a full-time role based at CDP’s Central London office reporting to the Director, Technical.
Salary and benefits: circa £45,000-50,000 per annum, annual discretionary bonus, 24 days’ holiday (increasing to 30), generous non-contributory pension provision, life assurance and others.
