Account Manager, Reporter Services
Who you are
- You have a keen interest in environmental corporate reporting and disclosure
- You have excellent engagement and communication skills, strong ability to pitch services, and advanced planning skills
- You have advanced knowledge of sustainability issues, specifically related to climate change, water security, and/or commodity-linked deforestation
- You can come up to speed quickly and independently with technical information (such as CDP's guidance and scoring methodology) and apply this information to company responses
- You have strong attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills
- You understand company needs, identify opportunities, and act on this information
- You can meet deadlines under pressure
Your day-to-day
- You will manage Reporter Services deliverables for member accounts (25+ companies), including annual goal setting and tracking delivery of member benefits
- You will secure new Reporter Services memberships, as well as renewals with existing members
- You will deepen relationships with members, including generating and furthering relevant opportunities for CDP initiatives managed by other teams
- You will coordinate relevant communications to members
- You will contribute to annual planning and service/product development
- You will represent CDP through networking and speaking engagements at sustainability and sector-related conferences
- You will manage projects across global Reporter Services program areas, such as product development, marketing and sales, and/or events
Bonus points
- You have at least two years of related work experience
- You have a university degree in a related subject
- You can accurately communicate technical information in a concise, yet comprehensive manner
- You have familiarity with MS Office, CRM, and analytics platforms, with ability to master new systems
- You have the drive to take ownership and responsibility for particular areas of work
- You have the desire and ability to improve and streamline processes to better and more efficiently achieve program goals, rather than follow the status quo

- Compensation. We offer a competitive NGO salary plus an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for the Account Manager role is $50,000-$55,000.
