The WWF is one of the largest conservation organizations in the world. Its climate change program operates in more than 30 countries. WWF is intent on clarifying the risks associated with the use of fossil fuels and working towards the development of innovative and sustainable long-term solutions. WWF has supported the Carbon Disclosure Project in various countries for several years to encourage the collection of meaningful corporate data in respect of climate change exposure. Such actions on the part of management represent the first fundamental steps towards assessing the implications for the environment and the formulation of appropriate strategies.

Li RusongLi Rusong, China Program Director
Rusong leads CDP’s work in China. Prior to joining CDP, Rusong worked with UNICEF as a Water, Environment and Sanitation Specialist in Beijing, gained more than five years of work experience with UNDP as Energy and Environment program manager, and was a Science Manager at the British Council Beijing office. He also had a career as a middle school teacher and civil servant for several years. Rusong’s academic background is in Biology, History of Natural Sciences (M.Sc. from the University of Science and Technology of China) and Environmental Change and Management (M.Sc. from the University of Oxford, UK).
