Brazilian Association of Pension Funds (ABRAPP)
The Brazilian Association of Pension Funds (ABRAPP) is a privately owned, not-for-profit organization to which approximately 90% of the pension funds operating in are affiliated. These represent some 1.7 million participants and 96% of the sector’s assets. ABRAPP works closely with all relevant government agencies and regulatory authorities, together with other private sector groups, to represent the interests of the pension funds and further the growth of the industry. To this end ABRAPP actively promotes and conducts various studies, courses and congresses.
